Commercial
We carry out a range of commercial extensions, renovation and fitting services to client specifications. We work closely with architects and consultant engineers to custom design and install all your specific requirements.
Brickwork & Masonry
Qualitas provides a wide range of brickwork and masonry services to clients from house builders and small self build schemes to commercial and industrial projects as well as all kinds of walling, stonework, blockwork and re- pointing works.
We are able to provide labour only, labour and sundry materials or a complete labour, plant and materials package to cater for different customer needs offering a “hassle free” service.
Groundworks
Qualitas offers all aspects of groundworks packages including excavations, demolition, site strip / site clearance. We dig all types of foundations incorporating; strip, raft, piles, trench, suspended flooring and block and beam flooring. We also undertake works for septic tanks, concreting, paths, driveways, patios, fencing and many types of drainage.
We undertake site contracts as well as individual projects for all groundworks, we are able to provide a labour and plant service, or labour, plant and materials package to cater for different contracts and contractors.
Structural Work
Qualitas offer effective and economical solutions to a wide range of structural problems affecting properties from small domestic dwellings to commercial buildings.
All types of work from retaining walls and reinforced concrete works to structural cracking within buildings and lintel replacements are all carried out to the highest quality and specification to suit a wide variety of applications.

Project Management
One of Qualitas’ core competencies is in managing construction/building projects, specialising in the residential and commercial projects.
